Pumpkin Bread

Preheat oven to 350◦

3 C. sugar
4 eggs
1 C. oil
2 C. pumpkin
3 1/3 C. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice or pumpkin spice
2 tsp. baking soda
2/3 C. water
1 C. chopped nuts

Cream sugar, eggs and oil together

Add pumpkin to mixture

Mix dry ingredients together, then combine with pumpkin mixture

Add nuts

Fill a 1 lb. coffee can 2/3 full

Bake 1 hr 15 minutes.
