Preheat oven to 450◦
Grease 12 deep custard cups or 16 medium muffin

4 slightly beaten eggs
2 C. milk
2 C. flour
1 tsp. salt

With hand beater – add milk, flour and salt to eggs until smooth – don’t overbeat

Fill custard cups half full or muffins 3/4 full.

Bake 25 min, then lower oven temp to 350 degress and bake an additional 15-20 minutes, until deep golden brown.

Immediately remove from cups or muffin tin and serve hot.
