Preheat oven to 425◦
2 C. Bisquick
1/4 C. soft butter
2 T. sugar
2/3 C. Milk
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
Mix 2 T. firm butter and 1/4 C. packed brown sugar until crumbly
Mix Bisquick, butter & sugar until crumbly.
Stir in milk until dough forms.
Add drained pineapple
Beat for 15 strokes.
Place 2 T. dough into each muffin cup
Sprinkle streusel topping on each muffin.
Bake 15 min. until lightly browned.
