Grandma Overholtzer’s Filling

Boil 10 big potatoes till soft, then mash them. (I remove skins after boiling)
Add stick of butter

Puree and saute giblets from turkey or chicken in butter, add to potatoe mixture
Puree and saute 2 1/2 medium onions and 2 large stalks of celery in butter, add to potatoe mixture

Mix in parsley, bit of salt, pepper and poultry seasoning to taste (About 2 T. poultry seasoning)

Add 2 loaves of bread torn into small pieces.

Knead until well combined.

Place in large baking dish and cook at 375 degrees until top browns.
