Corn Bread

Preheat oven to 425◦

1 C. flour
3/4 C. cornmeal
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 to 1 C. sugar
1 beaten egg
3/4 C. milk
1/4 C. melted butter

Mix first 5 ingredients,
Add egg, milk and butter
stir until blended, don’t overmix

bake 20-25 minutes
